She has acquired a wealth of experience in the international markets working with diverse cultures, and managed collaborations with government agencies and MNCs in various industries like FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, shipping and transportation, government agencies and institutions, education, oil and gas, hospitality and tourism among many others. She has gained experience and exposure in the areas of organizational development and change management with major airlines such as Cathay Pacific, Qantas and British Airways.
She has over thirty years of experience in the areas of Management, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, E-Commerce, Training, Business, Consultancy and Coaching.

Bob is an Associate Trainer with d’Oz International Pte Ltd and an accredited PEP Consultant. He specialises in communication and presentation skills. Born and raised in Chicago, Bob has also lived and worked for lengthy periods on two other continents, primarily in Germany and Singapore, which he now makes his home.
Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Movement, Psychology and Education and a Master's degree (M.Ed.) in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Illinois. Bob is also a certified massage therapist as well as a certified professional practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method of “Awareness through Movement” and has worked in conjunction with healthcare and medical professionals. In the training arena, he is a certified trainer with the American Management Association (AMA), working in conjunction with Imperial Consulting Singapore to deliver communication, management and leadership programs, and is also a member of the Association of Professional Speakers – Singapore.
For 15 years he was an actor, director, teacher and trainer with an internationally acclaimed professional mime theatre group which toured throughout the United States as well as in Europe and Latin America at theatres, universities and public venues. He has also led training in Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. In the U.S., he received numerous creative programming awards for communication skills workshops for a wide range of groups spanning from business professionals and social service agencies to work on Indian reservations and at a federal prison.
Since coming to Southeast Asia, he has become an Associate Trainer with the Singapore Civil Service College’s Institute for Public Administration and Management (IPAM), providing in-house and general training for the Ministry of Health, Singapore Immigration and Checkpoint Authority, National Environment Agency, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Manpower, among others. She has over 20 years of corporate experience in the OEM industry. Prior to being a consultant and trainer, Lena has held various senior management positions such as Senior Marketing Manager, Corporate Marketing Director, Material Director and Vice President Asia Pacific in multi-national organizations. She was based in Kensas, USA for 2 years as Vice President of Newer Technologies Inc., and she was in-charge of Asia Pacific Channel Distribution.
She had consultancy and training experience in Singapore, Korea, China and Switzerland, working with multi-nationals and government institutions such as A*Star, Institute of High Performance Computing, Elsevier, National Trade Union Congress, Miltrade Technologies, Alliance Medical Group, Mtech Imaging, West Admiralty Prison, Selarang District Park, to name a few
Lena is one of the pioneers in Singapore that has conducted the Work Skill Training Programme and Self-Employment Training Programme for the Singapore Ministry of Manpower and National Trade Union Congress. She was an invited guest speaker for organisations such as Biz-Bridge Asia, Hewlett-Packard, Periyor Mandram Executive Committee, Indian Activity Executive Committee and Bukit Batok Community Club on Effective Communication and re-training..
A founding member of the International Associations of Master Trainers, Lena holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Tasmania (double major in International Business and International Marketing), P.G. Mette has a professional background in public relations and communications, working in very diverse roles for a multinational B-B organization as well as for a global advertising agency.
Her industry experience ranges from chemicals and life science to automotive, airline as well as IT and financial services. For most of her career, she headed international teams, mainly in Europe and Asia.
Originally from Denmark, Mette has lived in 10 countries and spent 15 years studying, living and working in various Asian countries.
Recently, Mette has left the corporate world to become a PEP facilitator with PEPWorldWide (Asia). In addition, she is working as an investment consultant providing alternative investments.
Mette has an MBA-accredited Master’s in International Management from ESCP, Paris in addition to her BA in Mandarin studies from the University of Copenhagen.
Dr Afsoon Ghazvinian
Dr. Afsoon Ghazvinian, a health and wellness educator, is an accredited PEP Facilitator with PEPWorldwide Asia Pte Ltd.
An experienced and strong advocate for placing health the top priority in every day life, she believes that once the right understanding and foundational skills are in place, the resultant positive changes will be impactful and lasting.
She recognizes that workplace is the perfect setting to establish a culture of health awareness, individually and collectively, through a supportive work environment.
Her passion for aligning the awareness of “prevention rather than treatment” with “nutrition and healthy lifestyles” has led to her involvement in many community services and activities in Singapore. She was elected as a member of 116th council of “Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore” and served as the ex-officio for the Public Education Chapter, organizing many health screenings and wellness seminars for the community. She has worked closely with Singapore Health Promotion Board in organizing community health campaigns, and has contributed several articles in local health publications. She had received Certificates of Appreciation in recognition of her ongoing contributions to Singapore as a HPB Health Ambassador. She is the founder and managing director of Reivas Pte Ltd.
Dr. Afsoon received her doctorate with high distinction in Pharmacy from Temple University in Philadelphia, and she is also a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition from International Sports Sciences Association in California. Her passion is to share her academic knowledge and her life experience with others, and to empower them with practical, easy to follow and sustainable approaches towards developing and maintaining a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Judy is a PEP Facilitator with PEPWorldwide Asia Pte Ltd. She has over 23 years of experience wearing various hats in the Corporate world from Procurement, IT, Quality to Teaching.
She was a company in-house SAP consultant, developing business solutions, support and SAP training for large users’ base span across the globe. Judy has also held positions as a Direct Procurement Manager, Program Manager and Part-time VITB Lecturer.
Judy holds a degree in Business and Management Studies, Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Diploma in Industrial Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Thong Hiam Lim
TH Lim is a PEP Facilitator with PEPWorldwide Asia Pte Ltd. He has an engineering discipline in Industrial Automation and Control. For the past 30 years, TH Lim started his career as a System Engineer and gradually grew to managerial roles including Project Management, General Management and Asia Pacific Regional Sales and Management for several Multinational organizations.
TH Lim born and grew up in Singapore but has worked and lived in UK, USA, Australia and Thailand. As a senior regional manager, TH Lim has extensive working experience with people from diversified nationalities and cultural background. TH Lim professional skills include project management, regional sales and marketing and people management.
Douglas is a PEP Facilitator with PEPWorldwide Asia Pte Ltd. He has over 15 years working and consulting experience in the HR field with both renowned multinational companies (BHP Petroleum, British American Tobacco, PepsiCo International) and renowned Vietnamese companies (Thien Long Pen Co., Trung Nguyen Corp.) to align the company’s human capital with its business strategies. He has over 2 years of working experience in England, Australia, and the USA. He is currently Chief Operation Officer of a pharmacy retail chains in Ho Chi Minh City.
Douglas was the Co-founder and the first Chair of AmCham’s HR Committee back in the year 2000. He proactively participates in the HR and businessmen communities keeping himself updated with the trend while making his contributions via useful projects such as the AmCham scholarship, lobbying for the VN-US bilateral trade agreement from the labor perspective, representing FDI’s to comment on the Labor Code and the Tax Ordinance of Vietnam.
Wherever he worked or consulted, Douglas always left behind long-lasting HR tools, procedures and policies which both the Employee and the Employer found relevant, user-friendly and fruitful.

Susan has over 20 years as an educator, of which 17 years were with a local Polytechnic. Starting off as a Lecturer then Section Head (appointed twice) and finally, Course Manager, Susan is a highly motivated and determined problem solver with accomplished organizational skills, seven years of which are in management.
A problem-based learning practitioner, she is at the same time grounded in a wide range of other pedagogical principles and practices employed at the polytechnic. Especially committed and with an excellent track record in the mentorship and development of young adults academically and emotionally, Susan is also a trained school-based counsellor. Susan gains immense satisfaction from seeing her students lead productive lives through her positive and motivating influence. In fact, one could say she exudes positive energy that becomes almost palpable when she is able to influence her students to excel beyond their own capabilities.
Prior to joining the field of education, Susan held the position of Jubilee Hall Manager with Raffles Hotel whereby she conceptualised plans for the marketing of The Jubilee Hall as a theatre venue and enlarged the significance of the Hall as a revenue generating, profit centre. This saw her being involved in managing and producing several art’s programmes under the banner of the Hotel.
Susan was also a project consultant to associations in the management of conferences, meetings and seminars. She translated the needs of those associations by coordinating with meetings suppliers in all areas of professional conference management. She also delivered all aspects of on-site management of conferences and analysed pre and post conference reports and data for the client.
Susan holds a Degree in English and Sociology from the National University of Singapore and Graduate Diploma in Education (with Merit) as well as a Graduate Diploma of Social Science (Professional Counselling) for which she earned herself an outstanding performance award.
Christina has a professional background in brand marketing and communications. Her experience covers diverse industries from healthcare, telecommunications to consumer products.
She heads up Corporate Communications for Asia Pacific in a German company which is one of the leading suppliers to the global healthcare market. She is overall responsible for corporate branding and communication (strategy, organization and management) in 14 countries. As a senior member of the regional Development and Learning team, she is also the Accredited Facilitator for the Personal Efficiency Program (PEP worldwide) conducting all its in-house PEP programs since its introduction in 2009 building a corporate culture of responsible, efficient and effective teams.
Christina has an MBA in Strategic Marketing from the University of Hull, UK. She is also an Accredited Member of the International Public Relations Society, Singapore (AMIPRS). In her personal time, she volunteers with a non-profit organisation committed to strengthening and enriching family life in Singapore serving on the Board since 2004.
Lim Hong Li
An Accredited PEP Facilitator with PEPWorldwide Asia, Lim Hong Li, CPF holds a degree in Business Administration (National University of Singapore). She is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator by the International Association of Facilitators.
She has accumulated more than 20 years of work experiences across the recreation, service, media and education sectors.
Being effectively bilingual, Hong Li has also worked extensively with more than 80 diverse organisations from various industries in the public, private and people sectors on process facilitation, experiential learning, creativity/innovation, leadership, teambuilding, maximizing performances and train-the-trainer sessions.
For the last 16 years, she has also conducted retreat programmes, strategic and action planning, focus group solutioning, assertiveness and influencing, communications and project management workshops for her clients. She also has rich experience in training and facilitating Facilitation Skills training, Ask Stupid Questions, Aspiration Pathfinder, Multiple Intelligence, Design Thinking, Graphics Design and Rapid Learning/Storytelling workshops. She also facilitated using the World Café and Open Space Technology for big groups.
Her work spans Singapore, Norway, Japan, China, Korea, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia.
