Angeline Teo
Angeline Teo is the Founder and Principal Consultant of d’Oz International Pte Ltd, a leading professional learning and development solutions provider based in Singapore which is the Principal Partner of PEPWorldwide in Asia Pacific.
She has acquired a wealth of experience through coaching senior executives, working with diverse cultures, and managing collaborations with multinationals, education, and government Institutions in Asia Pacific, and Europe.
As a certified career coach and consultant of PEP, she has helped professionals and senior executives from various local and global organizations to improve on their performance through proper management of time, duties and priorities at work. Throughout the years of personal and group coaching, she has gained a valuable knowledge and insight on people’s lives at the workplace.
Angeline has twenty five years of experience in the areas of Management, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, E-Commerce, Training, Business, Consultancy and Coaching.
Angeline is a dynamic person with dynamic ways to engage people. She has helped many organizations and individuals at understanding the need to change, and individuals to move to a new dimension, opening new chapter in their lives. She has gained experience and exposure in the areas of organizational development and change management with major airlines such as Cathay Pacific, Qantas and British Airways.

Bob Feldman
Bob is an Associate Trainer with d’Oz International Pte Ltd and an accredited PEP Consultant. He specializes in communication and presentation skills. Born and raised in Chicago, Bob also has lived and worked for lengthy periods on two other continents, primarily in Germany and Singapore, which he now makes as his home.
Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Movement, Psychology and Education and a Masters Degree (M.Ed.) in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Illinois. Bob is also a certified massage therapist as well as a certified professional practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method of “Awareness through Movement” and has worked in conjunction with healthcare and medical professionals. In the training arena, he is a certified trainer with the American Management Association (AMA), working in conjunction with Imperial Consulting Singapore to deliver communication, management and leadership programs, and is also a member of the Association of Professional Speakers – Singapore.
For 15 years he was an actor, director, teacher and trainer with an internationally acclaimed professional mime theatre group which toured throughout the United States as well as in Europe and Latin America at theatres, universities and public venues. He has also led trainings in Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. In the U.S., he received numerous creative programming awards for communication skills workshops for a wide range of groups spanning from business professionals and social service agencies to work on Indian reservations and at a federal prison.

Kee May Lee
May Lee is an Associate Trainer with d’Oz International and an accredited PEP Consultant. She is a dynamic, inspirational trainer and coach who facilitates in areas relating to service quality, team and leadership development. She designs and conducts training development programmes that help clients achieve their business goals. She helps clients nurture and refine the softer skills of people motivation and development, tapping on more than 15 years of experience in the education and people development industry.
May Lee previously worked as a coach with a consultancy firm in leadership development. She helped clients implement 360-degree feedback development programmes and has coached middle to senior management in leadership development and conducted workshops on coaching and becoming more effective leaders. She also brought with her extensive experience in training and development, helping clients to identify and implement interventions so as to enhance service and team performance. Her role as a facilitator has involved her in conducting training for front-liners throughout the region for clients. As an experienced facilitator, she has also conducted Train-The-Trainer sessions for her colleagues.
May Lee holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from George Washington University, a Diploma in Training and Development Management from Singapore Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English Language from National University of Singapore.

Lena Teo
An Associate Consultant of d’Oz International and accredited PEP (Personal Efficiency Program) Consultant, Lena has over 18 years of corporate experience in the OEM industry. Prior to being a consultant and trainer, Lena has held various management positions such as Senior Marketing Manager, Corporate Marketing Director, Material Director and Vice President Asia Pacific in multi-national organisations.
She was one of the pioneers in Singapore that has conducted the Work Skill Training Programme and Self-Employment Training Programme for the Singapore Ministry of Manpower and National Trade Union Congress. She was also an invited guest speaker for organisations such as Biz-Bridge Asia, Hewlett-Packard, Periyor Mandram Executive Committee, Indian Activity Executive Committee and Bukit Batok Community Club on Effective Communication and re-training.
A founding member of the International Associations of Master Trainers, Lena holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Tasmania (double major in International Business and International Marketing), a P.G. Dip. in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, a G. Dip. in Psychology from Monash University, a Diploma in Demand Flow Technology from JIT Institute of Technology, NC.USA and is a licensed Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning™ Master.
