Tim D’Arcy
Group Manager Government Services
The single major thing that I love about PEP is it’s the one learning program that consistently helps people work better. It is simple to deliver, and simple to put into place, but it has a significant impact on participants and the way they work.
I have delivered PEP and execPEP for 10 years with thousands of hours coaching people to work better, mostly in the public sector. This has included people from the very top to the bottom of different organisations. Most of my work is now focused on working directly with senior managers and leaders helping them be more productive. I am responsible for the quality of both the program and the facilitators who delivery it across ANZ.
I have a bachelor of Education and a Masters Of Education (Adult Learning) .
I would like to see PEP as the entry level program for all new employees so that they start their working life with the appropriate foundation for how to work productively, rather than PEP being an intervention when things have gone wrong.
Personal Interests
I enjoy working in an organisation that enables me to spend time with my family and supporting my teenage boys as they grow up.

Gaye D’Arcy
Group Manager – Corporate Services
I have found that by implementing the PEP “Do it Now” principle, I have better control of my workload. I'm not talking about those things that you can't do now or major projects that you should be scheduling time in your diary to do, I’m talking about routine emails and paperwork of the sort you encounter every day. By dealing with them the first time you read them you save time and angst because they are dealt with and gone!
Prior to joining PEPworldwide, I held roles as: Deputy CEO and Business Operations Manager for the largest aged care provider in the ACT responsible for the financial and operational functions;
- Corporate Manager with two major national peak body groups in the ACT responsible for the finance and administration functions, reporting directly to the organisations’ Boards;
- Senior Tax Manager in a medium-size accounting practice and Registered Tax Agent.
- BA (Accounting)
- Member of CPA Australia
My passion for PEP is generated by the people who participate and embrace the PEP principles and consistently talk enthusiastically about the positive and life changing effect of that on their work-life and flow-on effect on their personal life.
Personal Interests
Would be a total gym junkie if I had the time. Love Les Mills Body Attack classes!! Enjoy the whole wine experience – drinking, comparing, deciding what I like and don’t. 2009 - Joined a book club and started learning how to play guitar, just because I always wanted to.
