Australian PEP Principals

Tim D'Arcy

Group Manager - Government Services

"The single major thing that I love about PEP is it’s the one learning program that consistently helps people work better. It is simple to deliver, and simple to put into place, but it has a significant impact on participants and the way they work.

"I have delivered PEP and execPEP for 10 years with thousands of hours coaching people to work better, mostly in the public sector. This has included people from the very top to the bottom of different organisations. Most of my work is now focused on working directly with senior managers and leaders, helping them be more productive. I am responsible for the quality of both the program and the facilitators who deliver it across Australia and New Zealand.

I have a Bachelor of Education and a Masters of Education (Adult Learning).

I would like to see PEP as the entry level program for all new employees so that they start their working life with the appropriate foundation for how to work productively, rather than PEP being an intervention when things have gone wrong."
